At Janeey Hair, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take pride in delivering high-quality wigs and hair products. However, due to the nature of our items and industry hygiene standards, we operate under a strict no-refund, no-return policy with limited exceptions.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Janeey Hair are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Wrong size, length, or style ordered by the customer
Personal dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g. texture, color match, density)
Delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier services
Sale, discounted, or promotional items
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will only consider a return or exchange under the following strict conditions:
The item received is significantly different from what was ordered, or
The item is visibly damaged upon delivery and reported within 24 hours
To be eligible for review:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order
Send clear, unfiltered photos and a detailed explanation of the issue via WhatsApp or email
Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact
If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item or store credit at our sole discretion
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:
Wigs that have been worn, tried on, brushed, styled, washed, cut, dyed, or tampered with
Custom or made-to-order wigs
Hair care products, accessories, and combs
Clearance or final-sale items
Refunds (If Applicable)
We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances except in rare cases where a mistake is made on our end and no suitable replacement is available. In such cases, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Janeey Hair is not liable for:
Shipping delays after dispatch
Lost or stolen packages due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Natural shedding or product misuse after delivery
