Shipping Policy
Worldnwide Delivery:
We deliver across all states in Nigeria and beyond using trusted courier services.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or styled wigs may require additional processing time.
Delivery Timeframe:
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, or courier issues).
Shipping Fees:
Delivery charges vary based on destination and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs and hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
Return Eligibility (Exceptions Only)
Returns are only considered under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product (not what you ordered)
The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
If either of these applies:
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos and a detailed explanation of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit only (no cash refunds).
Janeey Hair reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Important Notes
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference once a wig has been delivered.
